This report presents the educational framework of P4ELECS, including its core concepts, quality principles, and collaborative approach to developing learning materials.

This report presents the results of the WP8 interview process within P4ELECS, focusing on the electrification skills ecosystem in the Netherlands. It explores how skills development can better support the energy transition, highlighting key challenges and opportunities identified by stakeholders across education, industry, research, and policy. The findings contribute to P4ELECS’ objective of strengthening skills ecosystems and improving the link between innovation, education, and real-world implementation.
