What are Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs)?
Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs) are short, intensive courses that combine a period of online learning and collaboration in an international setting with a short period of physical mobility ideal for skills development in labs in another country. They are designed to give students an opportunity to engage in international exchanges, also those who may not have any other opportunities for long-term mobility. For P4ELECS these exchange are very valuable because all courses have an hands on part where you learn how to apply the knowledge addressed in the virtual part. Focus can be on design/development or on implementation/operation, depending on the course.

Why Choose a BIP?
Because of the short physical duration, BIPs are highly accessible. They allow students or staff with financial constraints, jobs, or family responsibilities to experience intercultural exchange and gain international experience without being away from home for a full semester. Participants can receive an Erasmus+ grant for their physical mobility period. Please contact the International office of your institution.
